The story of a local home birth midwife from St Ives (Naomi) on the brink of her retirement after 30 years of service. On retiring in March 2018, she will have delivered an astonishing 500+ infants. Alongside this she will also be the only woman to ever hold the World Championship title for bellyboarding. This short film is a glimpse into a brief history of the sport which pre-dates surfing and Naomi's story playfully sets the standard for women who hope to defy societal stereotypes associated with gender and age.
